Stremme Hosts Coors Banquet Happy Hour in Sonoma

SONOMA, Calif. (June 24, 2007)-The Infineon Raceway Winner’s Circle served as the location for Friday’s First Annual “David Stremme Coors Banquet Happy Hour” in Sonoma, Calif. The event was coupled with the race track’s popular second annual “Wine Country Media Reception.”

New to this year’s activities were media gift bags and Coors Banquet Beer both supplied by Coors– the primary sponsor of Stremme’s No. 40 Dodge in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series. Stremme hosted the reception in advance of his NNCS road course debut from 6:45-7:45 p.m., and was joined by fellow CGRFS driver Reed Sorenson, giving white-knuckled pace car rides for media members on the 1.99-mile road course.

Stremme returned to Winner’s Circle for a second time on the weekend during post race ceremonies after Sunday’s Save Mart 350 at Sonoma with Sorenson to congratulate teammate Juan Pablo Montoya on his first NNCS win.
